摘要
实施护士岗位管理是护理管理发展的方向。我院从2012年起积极探索护理岗位管理的科学实践,做出了一系列的尝试,实行了岗位准入、以岗定薪、人岗相适、同岗同酬、绩效管理,为我国护理岗位的科学管理和实践提供参考借鉴。
The implementation of nurse post management is the tendency of nursing management development. Since 2012, our hospital has actively explored the scientific practice of nursing post management, post admittance system, post-based payment, right people for the right post, equal payment for the same post, and performance management. It is expected to provide reference for the scientific management and practice of nursing post in China.
