手术室护士对患者隐私保护认知评价量表的编制及信度效度检验

Development and reliability and validity test of operating room nurses’ perception evaluation scale for patients’ privacy protection

目的 :通过编制适合手术室护士使用的患者隐私保护认知水平量表,了解手术室护士对患者隐私保护的认识及重视程度。方法 :通过文献回顾、小组会议等方法制成手术室护士对患者隐私保护认知与行为评价的初期量表;采用德尔菲专家咨询法构建正式量表;采用条目分析、相关系数、内部一致性系数、因子分析等对量表条目进行筛选,并进行信度和效度检验。结果 :该量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.954,折半信度为0.898,重测信度为0.997;量表水平内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.95;采取主成分分析法和最大方差正交旋转法,提取3个公因子。最终形成的正式量表包括3个维度18项条目。结论 :手术室护士对患者隐私保护认知评价量表具有良好的信度和效度,为评价手术室护士对患者隐私保护认知水平提供可量化的依据。

Objective: To understand the awareness and importance of patient privacy protection by operating room nurses though developing a patient privacy protection scale. Methods: Through literature review and group meeting, an initial scale for the evaluation of patient privacy protection perception and behavior by operating room nurses was made. Delphi expert consultation method was used to construct the formal scale. Through item distributed, correlation analysis, internal consistency analysis, and factor analysis to screen items of the scale, and conduct reliability and validity tests. Results: The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.954, the half reliability was 0.898, and test-retest reliability was 0.997. The content validity index(S-CVI) of the scale was 0.95. Three common factors were extracted through principal component factor analysis. The final formal scale includes 18 items in 3 dimensions. Conclusion: The scale has good reliability and validity, which can provide a quantifiable basis for evaluating the privacy protection level of nurses in operating room.
