一站式智能预约模式在护理临床技能培训中的应用效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :分析一站式智能预约模式在临床护理技能培训中的实践效果。方法 :采用随机数字表法将我院新入职护士分为实验组和对照组,最终共210人完成研究,实验组和对照组各105人。对照组予以传统方式,实验组予以一站式智能预约模式。观察护士操作考核成绩、缺考率、考前焦虑水平及考核等待时间,以及考核双方满意度。结果 :实验组操作考核成绩(92.82±3.83)分高于对照组(87.92±6.36)分;实验组护士缺考率(9.5%)低于对照组(21.9%);实验组护士考前焦虑水平(51.97±13.89)分低于对照组(56.73±14.27)分;考核等待时间(9.67±2.40)min短于对照组(24.44±14.69)min;实验组护士和导师满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :一站式智能预约模式的应用考虑到护士个体差异,可有效降低护士考前焦虑感、缺考率和考前等待考试时间,提高考核和工作管理效率,可推广应用。 Objective: To analyze the effects of One-stop Intelligent Appointment Mode(OIAM) in clinical nursing skills training. Methods: A total of 210 newly recruited nurses from January to October 2019 were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The control group were trained in the traditional method, and the experimental group was given the OIAM. The outcome measures were the exam score, the rate of nurse absence, the anxiety level before the examination, satisfaction and the waiting time for the assessment. Results: Compared with the control group, the rate of nurse absence(9.5%), the anxiety level(51.97±13.89), and the waiting time(9.67±2.40) min were significantly lower(P<0.05), the exam score and the satisfaction of nurses and tutors were significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of the OIAM takes into account the individual differences of nurses, which can effectively reduce the anxiety of nurses before exams and the absence rate, and shortens the average waiting time. It can improve the work efficiency of assessment and management, and can be promoted and applied.
