摘要
本文对预立医疗照护计划中沟通的内容、常见的沟通模式进行综述,以期为预立医疗照护计划在我国大陆的开展提供参考。
This research summarizes the contents and the most commonly used communication models of Advance Care Planning, so as to provide reference for the development of Advance Care Planning in China's Mainland.
