摘要
对Clascoterone中间体的合成工艺进行改进。以雄烯二酮(AD)为原料,通过维蒂希反应高效和直接地引入C17侧链,同时,使用RuCl3/CH3CO3H的氧化体系直接从烯烃得到α-羟基酮,简化了反应路线,提高了反应效率。
The synthesis process of Clascoterone intermediate is improved.Using androstenedione as raw material,C17 side chain was efficiently and directly introduced by Wittig reaction,andα-hydroxy ketone was obtained directly from olefins by RuCl3/CH3CO3H oxidation system,which shortened the reaction route and improved the reaction efficiency.
