摘要
针对无纺布专用料加工时出现的喷丝板油渍多、制品贮放和使用中发生颜色改变的现象,对现用的受阻酚类抗氧剂1010体系进行了优化。试验结果表明,优化2#抗氧剂体系具有优异的加工、耐热和耐氧稳定性,耐气熏性能好,析出物少等优点,可用于工业化生产无纺布专用料。
In view of the phenomenon that the spinneret is more oily during the processing of special materials for non-woven fabrics and the color changes during product storage and use,the currently used hindered phenolic antioxidant 1010 system has been optimized.The test results show that the optimized 2#antioxidant system has the advantages of excellent processing,heat resistance and oxygen resistance stability,good steam fumigation resistance and less precipitates.It can be used in the industrial production of special materials for non-woven fabrics.
