摘要
某炼化公司国产环管法聚丙烯装置采用DQC401催化剂及非对称外给电子体(ASD)技术,在夏季高温、化工循环水温度高的条件下对装置的高负荷运行进行了标定,发现装置的极限加工负荷,并找出装置的瓶颈所在,对后期的高负荷生产有借鉴意义。
A domestic loop polypropylene plant of a refining and chemical company uses DQC401 catalyst and asymmetric external electron donor(ASD)technology.Under the high temperature in summer and the high temperature of chemical circulating water,the high load operation of the plant was calibrated.The extreme processing load of the plant was found,and the bottleneck of the plant was found out,which has reference significance for the later high load production.
