通过对浙江某工业区化学品企业特殊作业的流程、特征进行分析,指出化学品企业特殊作业中存在的问题和不足,作出相应的解释,并提出相应的对策措施。

Through the analysis of the process and characteristics of the special operations of chemical enterprises in an industrial zone of Zhejiang,the problems and deficiencies in the special operations of the chemical enterprises are pointed out,corresponding explanations are made,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
