摘要
云南某氧化铅锌矿利用现有冶炼工艺直接处理成本较高,选矿预富集可为该矿的经济开发提供有利条件。试验结果表明,采用"先硫后氧、先铅后锌"的选矿流程可以实现该矿的有效预富集,即在铅、锌的损失率分别为10.88%和8.61%的前提下,矿石铅品位由5.28%提高到10.63%、锌品位由11.40%提高到22.94%。
A lead-zinc oxide ore in Yunnan Province is directly treated by the existing smelting process with high cost,this ore can be pre-concentrated by mineral processing,which provides favorable conditions for economic development and utilization of the ore.In this paper,pre-concentration of the ore is carried out through a method of mineral processing,the experimental results show that the effective pre-concentration of the ore can be achieved by the principle process of"sulfur before oxygen,lead before zinc",the lead grade of the ore is increased from 5.28%to 10.63%,and the zinc grade of the ore is increased from 11.40%to 22.94%on the premise that the loss rates of lead and zinc are 10.88%and 8.61%respectively.
