基于修正Mathews图表法与FLAC^(3D)对某金矿回采方案的优化研究

Ore recovery optimization study based on FLAC^(3D)software and modified Mathews stability graph method in a gold mine

本文采用修正Mathews稳定图表法和FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件相结合的方法,对某金矿深部采场布置形式和结构参数进行了优化研究,根据采矿方法和矿体形态设计五种可行的优化方案,根据图表和数值模拟分析结果确定五种方案中合理的矿房矿柱尺寸和布置方式,保证了在安全生产条件下较高的回采效率,对类似矿山设计和生产工作有一定的参考价值。

By combining the modified Mathews stability graph and FLAC^(3D)numeral simulation software,the authors make an optimization study on stope layout and structure parameters in a gold mine,five kinds of feasible optimization scheme are designed according to mining method and morphology of ore body,through this study,rational stope layout and sizes of room stope and pillar stope are determined from five schemes,which ensure the safety under the condition of high extraction efficiency,this study is a good reference to similarly design and productive work.
