复合抗磨剂对柴油发动机节能效果的影响及研究 被引量:2

The Influence of the Compound Antiwear Agent on the Energy Saving of Diesel Engine

摘要 二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(Mo DDP)不仅具有优异的抗磨性能并且具有很好的挤压性和抗氧化性,噻二唑衍生物具有很好的抗氧化、极压、抗磨和腐蚀抑制功能,二戊基氨基甲酸酯具有良好的抗磨性能和特殊的过氧化物的中和性能。通过四球摩擦磨损试验研究二戊基氨基甲酸酯、二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(Mo DDP)与噻二唑抗磨单剂的抗磨效果,发现当二戊基氨基甲酸酯添加量为0.5%,噻二唑添加量为0.05%,二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(Mo DDP)添加量为0.75%时,这三种抗磨单剂的抗磨效果达到最佳。研究氨基甲酸酯和二烷基二硫代磷酸钼分别与噻二唑的最佳配比,得出二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(Mo DDP)添加量为0.5%与添加量为0.05%噻二唑进行复合后抗磨效果最好。并用0.5%二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(Mo DDP)和0.05%噻二唑与石墨烯进行三元复合,探究三元复合抗磨剂的抗磨效果。结果表明三元复合的最佳配比为0.5%二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(Mo DDP)与0.05%噻二唑与0.045%石墨烯。最后对比5W/30CH-4柴油机油(含三元复合剂)和5W/40CH-4柴油机油(空白)的抗磨效果,通过台架试验表明复合抗磨剂对柴油发动机油耗的影响。 The molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate(MoDDP)not only has excellent anti-wear properties but also has good extrusion and oxidation resistance;the thiadiazole derivatives have good antioxidant, extreme pressure, anti-wear and corrosion inhibition functions;the dipentyl carba-mate has good antiwear properties and special peroxide neutralization properties. The four-ball friction and wear test is used to study the anti-wear effects of the dipentyl carbamate, molybdenum MoDDP and thiadiazole. It is found that when the addition amounts of dipentyl carbamate, thiadiazole and MoDDP is 0.5%, 0.05% and 0.75% respectively, the three kinds of anti-wear single agent have the best anti-wear effect. The optimal ratio of carbamate and MoDDP to thiadiazole is studied, it is concluded that the anti-wear effect is the best when the addition amount of MoDDP and thiadia-zole is 0.5% and 0.05% respectively. The 0.5% MoDDP, 0.05% thiadiazole and graphene is compounded to study the anti-wear effect of the ternary compound. The results show that the optimal ratio of the ternary compound is 0.5% MoDDP, 0.05% thiadiazole and 0.045% graphene. Finally, the anti-wear effects of 5 W/30 CH-4 diesel engine oil(containing the ternary compounding agent)and 5 W/40 CH-4 diesel engine oil(blank)is compared;the bench test shows the effect of compound anti-wear agent on the fuel consumption of diesel engine.
