摘要 胎圈钢丝成品生产线以中频回火取代传统的铅浴回火工艺。对中频回火胎圈钢丝生产工艺中影响粘合性能的关键工序进行分析。介绍了电解碱洗和电解酸洗的原理和影响因素,并分析考查了Φ0.95mm、Φ1.30mm、Φ1.65mm三种直径胎圈钢丝在15~35A/dm^(2)电流密度下电解酸洗的粘合力,结果分别在30、20、25A/dm^(2)时粘合力最高;考查了化镀锡青铜镀液组分浓度与镀层锡质量分数的关系,研究了Φ0.95mm HT高锡胎圈钢丝在不同生产工艺下的粘合性能及Φ1.65mm低锡胎圈钢丝镀层质量对粘合力的影响,结果表明,中频回火工艺将镀液调整至硫酸浓度45g/L、温度40℃有利于提高Φ0.95mm HT的粘合性能,Φ1.65mm与某轮胎企业橡胶的粘合力随着镀层重量的增大而提高;介绍了镀后处理的作用和目前涂层液开发情况。经实验研究,通过调整和控制以上关键工序的工艺条件,能进一步提升中频回火胎圈钢丝与橡胶之间的粘合力。 The induction tempering has replaced the traditional lead bath tempering process in the bead wire production line. The key processes which affect the adhesive performance in the induction tempering production for bead wire are analyzed. The principle and influencing factors of elec-trolytic alkaline washing and electrolytic pickling are introduced. The adhesive forces of Φ0.95 mm, Φ1.30 mm and Φ1.65 mm bead wires treated by the electrolytic pickling process with a current density of 15~35 A/dm^(2) are analyzed. The results show that the highest adhesion achieves when the current density is 30, 20 and 25 A/dm^(2) respectively. The relationship between the plating solution composition concentration and the tin mass fraction of the coating are examined. The adhesive performance of the Φ0.95 mm HT bead wire with a high tin concentration coating produced by different production processes as well as the effect of coating weight of the Φ1.65 mm bead wire with a low tin concentration coating on the adhesive force is studied. The results show that adjusting the sulfuric acid concentration of the plating solution to 45 g/L and the temperature to 40 °C is beneficial to improving the adhesive performance of Φ0.95 mm HT, and the adhesive force of Φ1.65 mm to the rubber produced by a tire company increases with the increase of the coating weight. The role of post-treatment after the plating and the current development of coating solution are briefly introduced. In the induction tempering production process, the adhesive performance between the bead wire and rubber can be further improved by adjusting and controlling the above key process conditions.
