排尿中断训练对脑血管病支架置入术后患者生理性血压波动及排尿相关情况的影响

Effect of urination interruption training on postoperative blood pressure fluctuation of ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients with implanted stent

目的探讨排尿中断训练对脑血管病支架置入术后患者生理性血压波动、排尿指标及并发症的影响。方法选择2017年1月—2019月5月于我院神经外科接受支架置入治疗的134例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各67例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组术前给予排尿中断训练。比较两组患者排尿前后血压变化、排尿指标及术后并发症发生率。结果患者术后第1~7次排尿,观察组收缩压差值明显低于对照组;患者术后第1~6次排尿,观察组舒张压差值均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后尿管留置时间、卧床首次排尿时间、平均排尿时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组尿潴留、排尿困难发生率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论排尿中断训练能减少脑血管病支架置入术后患者生理性血压波动,降低尿潴留和排尿困难发生率,促进患者术后康复进程。

Objective To investigate the effect of urination interruption training on postoperative blood pressure fluctuation of ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients with implanted stent.Methods A total of 134 ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients who received implanted stent therapy from January 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 67 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group carried out urination interruption training.The changes of blood pressure before and after urination as well as the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results From 1~7th urinate after surgery,the systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group;from 1~6th urinate after surgery,the diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of indwelling urinary canal,first urination time and average urination time was significantly decreased in the observation group compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of urinary retention and dysuria in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urination interruption training can alleviate postoperative blood pressure fluctuation of ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients with implanted stent,decrease the incidence of urinary retention and dysuria,and then promote the rehabilitation process of patients after operation.
