The goal of secretarial education in the new era is to cultivate secretarial talents who internalize and externalize the craftsman spirit.The main path is:make full use of local resources,school resources and ideological and political courses,and integrate the craftsman spirit into secretary professional education and teaching.Promoting the integration of the craftsman spirit into the secretary major is conducive to the formation of students'correct"three outlooks",the promotion of students'employment competitiveness,and the construction and development of disciplines.
