摘要 目的探讨医务人员开展小学生意外伤害救护培训的实践效果。方法建立师资团队,针对小学生的意外伤害救护认知现状确定培训教案和目标,以“安全教育进校园”活动形式,分三期完成对骨折、烫伤、动物/昆虫咬伤、眼部异物、鼻出血紧急处理,以及溺水、气管异物急救与心肺复苏技术的现场培训,培训后现场考核评价。结果培训后小学生意外伤害救护知识测试成绩显著高于培训前(P<0.05);培训后小学生对13项意外伤害救护知识考题的正确率显著高于培训前(均P<0.01);学校老师对培训课程质量评价均>4分(满分5分)。结论医务人员开展的小学生意外伤害救护培训,可提高小学生意外伤害救护知识水平,为探索医院-学校联合培训模式,建构科学的安全教育课程体系提供依据。 Objective To discuss the effect of a health-care-worker-led first aid training program about unintentional injuries for primary school students.Methods We established a teachers′team,which determined the teaching goals and plans according to primary school students′knowledge of first aid after unintentional injuries.Then 3 sessions of training were carried out in a form of"pushing safety education in the campus",with the contents as wide as fracture,burns,animal/insect bites,foreign body in the eye,nasal bleeding,drowning and choking,as well as cardio-pulmonary resuscitation.Students were evaluated on site at the end of each session.Results There was significant difference between the pre-training and post-training scores of first aid after uninte-ntional injuries(P<0.05)among the students.After training,awareness rates of 13 unintentional injuries were significantly hig-her than those pre-training among the students.The training quality scores rated by the teachers were all above 4(full mark=5).Conclusion The practice of health-care-worker-led first aid training on unintentional injuries for primary school students increased students′knowledge level of first aid after unintentional injuries.It provides evidence for establishment of a scientific safety education system through the hospital-school joint training model.
