论丁文江的人格

On Ding Wen-jiang’s Personality

丁文江是20世纪初叶中国著名的科学家和科学化的人。该文从九个方面论述了丁文江的人格,并从西方科学文化的影响、中国传统文化和教育的熏陶、宗教心或信仰的导向三个视角探讨了他的人格形成的要因。丁文江虽然早已作古,但是他的人格魅力和言行如一的品格,至今依然感人至深,催人奋进,值得人们追念和仿效。

Ding Wen-jiang was a famous scientist and scientific man in China in the early 20th century.This thesis discusses Ding Wenjiang’s personality from nine aspects,and explores the main reasons for his personality formation from three perspectives:the influence of Western science and culture,the influence of traditional Chinese culture and education,and the orientation of religion or belief.Although Ding Wen-jiang has long since passed away,his charisma and his consistent character and deeds are still touching and inspiring,and he deserves to be remembered and imitated.
