摘要
人力资源管理作为当今的一门重要学科,其涉及的人力资源问题不仅会影响企业的生产经营活动,也对社会发展、人才资源的充分利用产生重要影响。饲料行业作为我国经济发展的重要产业之一,与畜牧业、种植业等行业有密切联系。当前,随着饲料企业的转型升级,如何提升饲料企业的人力资源管理是国内外学者和企业家高度关注的热点内容。随着信息技术的快速发展,对各行各业产生了巨大的影响,而信息技术和人力资源管理的有效结合,显著提升了人力资源管理的质量和效率。因此,本文对饲料企业为研究对象,探究信息技术对饲料企业传统人力资源管理带来的影响和变化,进一步研究信息技术在饲料企业人力资源管理中的应用,以期为未来饲料企业人力资源管理提供更多建议。
Human resource management as an important subject today,its human resource issues will not only affect the production and operation of enterprises,but also the development of society,the full use of human resources has an important impact.As one of the important industries in China,the feed industry is closely related to animal husbandry,planting and other industries.At present,with the transformation and upgrading of feed enterprises,how to improve the human resource management of feed enterprises has become a hot topic highly concerned by scholars and entrepreneurs at home and abroad.With the rapid development of information technology,it has a huge impact on all walks of life,and the effective combination of information technology and human resource management has significantly improved the quality and efficiency of human resource management.Therefore,this paper takes feed enterprises as the research object,explores the influences and changes brought by information technology to traditional human resource management of feed enterprises,and further studies the application of information technology in feed enterprise human resource management,so as to provide more suggestions for feed enterprise human resource management in the future.
