摘要 随着饲料企业逐步向专业化、集约化、规范化方向转变,人力要素已逐渐取代生产物质要素成为企业市场竞争力的核心要素,这就意味着现代化企业管理制度与人才激励机制已成为饲料企业体系中必须建立的环节。本文在探讨激励机制内涵与我国饲料企业管理中激励机制体系建立意义的基础上,审视了目前饲料企业激励机制模式的发展现状,并针对这一现状从企业的薪酬福利制度、大数据应用及精神激励机制的建构等角度来思考激励机制的创新路径,让激励机制在饲料企业管理中更好地发挥自身价值。 As feed companies have gradually entered the development process of specialization,intensification and standardization,human factors have gradually replaced production material factors as the core factors of corporate market competitiveness,which also means modern corporate management systems and talent incentives The mechanism has become a link that must be established in the feed enterprise system.On the basis of discussing the connotation of incentive mechanism and the significance of establishing incentive mechanism system in the management of feed enterprises in our country,this paper examines the current development status of incentive mechanism models in feed enterprises,and aims at this situation from the company’s salary and welfare system,big data The application and the construction of spiritual incentive mechanism have considered the innovation path of incentive mechanism,so that the incentive mechanism can better exert its value in the management of feed enterprises.
