产教融合视角下饲料企业对高职学生创业、就业的影响

The impact of feed enterprises on the development of Higher Vocational Students’Entrepreneurship and employment from the perspective of industry education integration

近年来,我国饲料企业逐步走上高质量的发展道路,饲料企业对高素质技能型人才需求不断增加。高职院校学生作为我国饲料企业重要的人才来源,由于职业竞争力不强、就业信息渠道不畅通等原因在竞争激烈的就业市场较为被动。基于产教融合视角开展校企合作将对高职学生创业、就业工作的推进与发展起到巨大的积极作用,一是有助于提高学生的职业能力;二是有助于改善就业环境,增加就业机会;三是为学生创业提供支持,提高创业成功率。因此,为充分发挥产教融合对高职学生就业、创业带来的积极作用,地方政府、高职院校和饲料企业应多管齐下,一是要推进产教融合,加强高职院校与饲料企业间的育人合作;二是学校重视要与饲料企业合作,充分发挥企业实践在育人过程中的重要作用;三是规范企业开展实践活动。

In recent years,China’s feed enterprises have gradually embarked on a high-quality development path,and the demand for high-quality skilled talents is increasing.As an important source of talents for feed enterprises in China,graduates from higher vocational colleges are more passive in the fierce competition in the employment market due to weak professional competitiveness and blocked employment information channels.At present,school enterprise cooperation based on the perspective of industry education integration will play a great positive role in the promotion and development of Higher Vocational Students’Entrepreneurship and employment.First,it will help to improve students’professional ability;second,it helps to improve the employment environment and increase employment opportunities;the third is to provide support for students’Entrepreneurship and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.In view of this,in order to give full play to the positive role of the integration of production and education on Higher Vocational Students’employment and entrepreneurship,the local government,higher vocational colleges and feed enterprises should take multiple measures to promote the integration of production and education,strengthen the educational cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and feed enterprises,attach importance to cooperation with feed enterprises,and give full play to the important role of enterprise practice in the process of education;and Standardize the practice activities of enterprises.
