摘要
为解决高校思政课教学效果不佳,学生学习积极性不高等问题,提出高校思政课教学中师生心理偏差及其应对策略。分析了思政课教师职业倦怠,以及高校学生学习思政课积极性不高的原因和影响。提出提升思政课教师职业认同感,实现从“怠教”到“乐教”,以及增强大学生思政课学习动力,实现从“厌学”到“愿学”的措施,从而提高思政课教师的职业认同感,激发大学生思政课学习的热情,构建和谐融洽的师生关系,真正实现思政课教学效果的提升。
In order to solve the problems of poor teaching effect of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities and low students learning enthusiasm,the psychological deviation between teachers and students in ideological and political courses in colleges and universities and its countermeasures are put forward.This paper analyzes the reasons and influences of the job burnout of ideological and political teachers as well as college students low enthusiasm in learning ideological and political courses.This paper puts forward the measures to improve the professional identity of ideological and political teachers to realize the transition from“lazy teaching”to“happy teaching”,and to enhance the motivation of college students to learn ideological and political courses to realize the transition from“tired of learning”to“willing to learn”,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of college students to learn ideological and political courses,to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and to truly improve the teaching effect of ideological and political courses.
