基于服务设计的“JOB实验室”职业体验APP设计研究

Design Research on "JOB Lab" APP Based on Service Design

通过分析传统职业分析与高考志愿填报的选择方式,用服务设计的思维与方法去完善高中生对职业的选择与所对应职业的实地体验,建立针对高中生对专业的选择和对所选专业的职业实地体验的服务策略。通过研究文献、对用户进行用户访谈,结合服务设计的设计方法,通过用户画像、故事版、用户行程图以及服务蓝图的建立,构建“JOB实验室”APP的设计原型,将线上评估选择职业,线下实地职业体验相结合。从而提供更好的专业选择和职业体验。

By analyzing the choice of traditional career analysis and voluntary application for college entrance examination,this paper uses the thinking and method of service design to improve senior high school students'career choice and field experience of their corresponding occupations,and to establish service strategies for senior high school students'choice of majors and professional field experience of their chosen majors.Through the study of literature,user interviews,and through the method of service design,and through the establishment of user portraits,story boards,user travel maps and service blueprints,the design prototype of"JOB Lab"APP is constructed,which combines online evaluation to select careers and offline professional experience,thus providing better professional choice and career experience.
