基于大数据的检验检测信息化平台设计

摘要 传统检测机构产品送检流程复杂,产品检测单一化,检测实验数据不能及时处理。设计采用大数据架构整合检验检测机构资源,结合互联网技术、无线通信技术、自动化技术和OCR技术实现送检产品线上填报,实验室仪器无线连接通信形成网络无线通信网络,检测产品生成的PDF格式数据利用OCR技术结合Python脚本自动化上传特征数据至云端平台,云端平台根据提供的数据源重新组合制作出产品报告。平台运作之后线上操作无需前台等待送检,实验室检测数据及时上传平台,送检人随时关注产品信息。保证数据的准确性,实时性和可靠性,可提升检测机构的办公效率和公信度。 The traditional testing organization's product inspection process is complex,product testingis simple,and testing experimental data can not be processed in time.This paper uses resources from big data architecture integration,inspection and testing institutions,and,through the Internet technology,wireless communication technology,automation technology and OCR technology,realizes online forwarding of inspected products,laboratory instrument wireless communication forming a network of wireless communication network,testing products generated PDF format data using OCR technology combined with the feature of Python scripts for automatic uploading characteristic data to the cloud platform,and the cloud platform rearranging and making product reports using the data source provided.After the operation of the platform,there is no need for the online operation to wait at the front desk for inspection.The laboratory test data will be uploaded to the platform in time,and the inspection sender will pay attention to the product information at any time.Ensuring the accuracy,real-time and reliability of data can improve the office efficiency and credibility of testing institutions.
