基于区块链技术的外国人临时住宿登记系统探索

Exploration of Temporary Accommodation Registration System for Foreigners Based on Blockchain Technology

在华外国人数量的激增,使得传统临时住宿登记管理模式无法高效整理并利用数据资源;同时各职能部门存在严重的信息壁垒,使得住宿登记管理效率低下。区块链技术可记录所有历史数据,是不可篡改、可追溯的分布式数据库。文章着重探索可实现以“驻外使(领)馆-出入境边检部门-属地公安”为核心,多节点共享、共管信息的临时住宿登记管理模式。

With the surge in the number of foreigners in China,the traditional temporary accommodation registration management model can no longer efficiently organize and make use of data resources;at the same time,there are serious information barriers in various functional departments,which makes the accommodation registration management inefficient.Blockchain technology can record all historical data and is an untampered and traceable distributed database.This paper focuses on exploring the temporary accommodation registration management mode which can be realized with"embassies(consulates)abroad-entry and exit frontier inspection departments-territorial public security"as the core,multi-node sharing and co-management of information.
