摘要
通过拉伸测试、硬度测试、金相观察等手段研究了不同时效处理制度下2198铝锂合金硬度和力学性能的影响。结果表明,时效处理温度和时间对合金硬度、拉伸强度、延伸率有明显影响。该铝锂合金时效的主要强化相是球状面心立方δ′相和密排六方的T1相。对比分析表明:2198铝锂合金最佳时效制度为165℃×12h。
The effect of aging treatment on the hardness and mechanical properties of 2198 Al-Li alloy was studied by means of tensile test,hardness test and metallographic observation.The results show that the aging temperature and time have obvious effects on the hardness,tensile strength and elongation of the alloy.The main strengthening phases of the aluminum-lithium alloy are spherical FCCδ′phase and HCP T1 phase.The comparative analysis shows that the best aging system for 2198 aluminum-lithium alloy is 165℃×12h.
