过火石灰导致的抹灰爆点预防及处理措施

通过XRD、酸碱中和滴定等分析手段研究引起干混砂浆抹灰面爆点的物质及其产生爆点的原理,得出引起爆点的物质为过火石灰,追根溯源,找出过火石灰的来源是磨细的铁矿炉渣掺入干混砂浆的骨料——河砂中,通过危害物源头及爆点原理分析提出预防和处理措施。研究成果可为预防抹灰爆点提供参考。

The XRD,acid-base neutralization titration,and other analytical methods were used to explore the underlying reason for detonation point on the plastering surface of the dry-mixed mortar.The following result explained the over-burnt lime as the source of the lime detonation point.Further research on the generation of over-burnt lime illustrated that the fine iron slag was incorporated into the river sand,which is the aggregate of the dry-mixed mortar.Therefore,the precaution and treatment measures were proposed through analyzing the hazardous source and the mechanism of triggering lime detonation point.
