数字量传递协调技术在飞机制造中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章主要分析了传统飞机制造方式与现代飞机制造方式之间存在的差异,飞机制造的尺寸传递协调体系,对模拟量与数字量之间的传输误差进行比较,利用数字传输调整技术在飞机制造中的应用实例,对此技术进行阐述,先进飞机数字化工艺制造的原型,研究成果均为国产新型飞机,并已在开发中得到应用,在多项关键技术上取得了显著成果,并且建立了数字过程制造协调技术以满足新飞机的发展需求。这对于全面改善中国现代飞机制造技术具有重大而长期的意义。 This paper mainly analyzes the differences between the traditional aircraft manufacturing mode and the modern aircraft manufacturing mode,as well as the size transfer coordination system of aircraft manufacturing,compares the transmission error between analog quantity and digital quantity,and describes the application of digital transmission adjustment technology in aircraft manufacturing.The prototype of advanced aircraft digital process manufacturing is described.The research results are all domestic new aircraft,and have been applied in the development.Remarkable achievements have been made in a number of key technologies,and the digital process manufacturing coordination technology has been established to meet the development needs of new aircraft.This is of great and long-term significance for improving China's modern aircraft manufacturing technology.
