摘要
推进国土资源管理决策的科学化、智能化是当前国土资源信息化工作的新要求。文章从地价审核业务的需求出发,运用数理统计、克里格插值等方法,构建地价分析模型,基于智慧国土平台开发地价分析模块,并以徐州市2016年土地市场交易数据为例,对模型的分析效果进行了验证。结果表明,该地价分析模型可以为地价审核业务提供有效决策支持。
The new requirements of land and resources informatization at the present stage are improving the level of scientific and intelligent for land and resources management decision.With the methods of mathematical statistics and Kriging interpolation,the land price analysis model is constructed from the needs of land price audit business in this paper.The land price analysis module is developed based on the platform of smart land.Taking all the plots of transfer of land using rights in Xuzhou in 2016 as the experimental data,the results obtained from the land price analysis model are verified and discussed.And the results of this paper show that the land price analysis model can be used for providing aided decision for land audit business.
