西部地区科技资源配置效率的时空差异——基于DEA-Malmquist指数模型的实证分析 被引量:7

摘要 科技资源作为西部地区创新驱动发展的基础要素,其配置效率的高低不仅关系到新一轮西部大开发战略的成败,还影响到我国区域经济协调和高质量发展的进程。从投入—产出的视角,以西部地区11个省级行政区域为研究对象,运用DEA-Malmquist指数模型,研究揭示西部地区科技资源配置效率的时空差异。结果表明:2009年以来西部地区科技资源配置效率呈缓慢上升趋势,主要得益于技术进步。同时,区域间存在着明显的结构性差异,其中重庆的科技资源配置效率最高,而云南、新疆和广西等相对较低。 Science and technology resources constitutes the fundamental element that contributes to innovation-driven development in western China,and its allocation efficiency is not only related to the outcome of this new-round western development strategy,but greatly affects the process of regional economic coordination and high-quality development throughout the whole country of China.From the input-output perspective,this paper analyses 11 provincial administrative regions in western China by using the DEA-Malmquist index model to reveal the temporal and spatial differences in the allocation efficiency of science and technology resources in this region.The result showed that allocation efficiency of these resources mainly is on the rise since 2009,which could mostly be attributed to the improvement of technology efficiency.Moreover,structural differences between various regions were determined.Chongqing has the most efficient allocation efficiency of these resources,whereas Yunnan,Xinjiang and Guangxi have greater room for improvement in such realm.
