数字化、服务化战略与商业模式创新

Digitization,Servitization Strategy and Business Model Innovation

通过对数字化、服务化战略以及商业模式创新等相关文献和理论进行回顾和梳理,将三者纳入“创新支撑-创新战略-创新流程”的研究框架,提出相应的研究假设。以长三角地区企业为研究样本,利用SPSS和AMOS统计分析工具对理论模型和研究假设进行实证分析,结果表明:数字化正向影响服务化战略;服务化战略正向影响商业模式创新;数字化对商业模式创新有正向积极影响;服务化战略在数字化和商业模式创新的关系中起部分中介作用,数字化的应用可促进企业服务化战略的实施,进而促进企业商业模式创新。

This paper reviews and sorts out relevant literature and theories on digitization,servitization strategy and business model innovation,and brings them into the research framework of“innovation support-innovation strategy-innovation process”,and puts forward corresponding research hypotheses.By taking firms in Yangtze river delta area as the research sample,using SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis tools to test the research hypothesis and theoretical model,the results show that:first,the digitization has a positive influence on servitization strategy;second,servitization strategy positively affect business model innovation;third,digitization has a positive impact on business model innovation.Finally,servitization strategy partially plays an intermediary role in the relationship between digitization and business model innovation.The implementation of digitization can promote the implementation of enterprise servitization strategy,and then promote firm business model innovation.
