武汉市实景三维城市建设的实践和思考

Practice and Thinking On the Construction of Real Scene 3D City in Wuhan

实景三维中国建设是党中央提出的新型基础设施建设的重要组成部分,与国家新型基础测绘、时空大数据云平台建设紧密关联,实景三维是新型基础测绘的一个典型产品,是时空大数据云平台的重要数据基础。为了更好地推进实景三维城市建设,武汉市在近二十年的三维城市建设实践的基础上,结合国家新型基础测绘建设武汉市试点项目的建设实践,对实景三维城市的内涵、特征、建设、指标精度和建设路径进行思考与阐述,并提出相关建议。

Real Scene 3D China construction is an important part of the new infrastructure construction proposed by the CPC Central Committee.It is closely related to the construction of national new-type basic surveying and mapping and the construction of spatiotemporal big data cloud platform.Real Scene 3D is a typical product of new-type basic surveying and mapping,it is an important data foundation of spatiotemporal big data cloud platform.In order to promote the Real Scene 3D city construction,this paper summarized the construction experience of Wuhan 3D digital city in recent 20 years,as with the construction practice of the national new-type basic surveying and mapping construction pilot project in Wuhan,the connotation,characteristics,construction,index precision and construction path of Real Scene 3D city are considered and elaborated,and relevant suggestions are put forward.
