摘要 为了充分利用广州城市地下管线普查及竣工验收等数据成果,综合采用工作流、地理信息系统、三维可视化等技术,面向管线综合管理部门、管线行业主管部门、管线权属单位、建设单位等,制定了各部门单位协同开挖、共同参与的工作方案,开发了广州市地下管线开挖会签系统,应用实践表明:开挖会签系统不仅有利于建设单位重视管线开挖和施工的安全,而且能有效减少城市“拉链路”现象和挖断管线事故的发生。 In order to make full use of the data of underground pipeline general survey and completion survey in Guangzhou,using the technologies of workflow,geographic information system and three-dimensional visualization,facing to the pipeline integrated management department,administrative department in charge,ownership unit and construction unit,this paper has formulated work program of cooperative excavation and joint participation and developed the information system of underground pipeline excavating and signing,the application practice shows that the system is not only conducive to the construction units attaching importance to the safety of pipeline excavation and construction,but also can effectively reduce the phenomenon of urban“link pulling”and the occurrence of frequent pipeline excavation accidents.
