摘要
以地理信息系统(GIS)技术为支撑,融合MIS技术、云计算、大数据技术等先进技术,以测绘项目数据的管理和应用为主,构建了“以审批为核心、以业务为导向、以数据为基础”的管理模式,实现了合肥市测绘设计研究院各项综合事务的工作流程信息化管理,实现了合肥市测绘设计研究院测绘地理信息数据共享和业务协同,显著地提升了测绘项目管理的水平。
Based on Geographic Information System(GIS)technology,integrating advanced technologies such as MIS technology,cloud computing and big data technology,and focusing on the management and application of surveying and mapping project data,the management mode of“taking examination and approval as the core,taking business as the guidance and taking data as the basis”is built,and the work flow information management of the comprehensive affairs of the surveying and Hefei Surveying and Mapping Institute is realized,the geographic information sharing and business collaboration is constructed.The system improves the management level of the surveying and mapping project.
