基于GIS的涉地税源风险管理平台开发研究

Research on Development of Risk Management Platform of Land-related Tax Based on GIS

为满足沧州市涉地税源精细化管理需求,以GIS技术为支撑,通过组织管理多源涉地数据、构建以识别风险、推送风险、应对风险、反馈风险为节点的闭环管理业务模式,在此基础上开发涉地风险管理平台并在沧州进行应用。结果表明:该平台能有效识别风险并管理风险,有效减少税源流失,实现涉地税源全面管控。

In order to meet the refined requirements of the Cangzhou Municipal Taxation Bureau for land-related tax source management,supported by GIS technology,through the organization and management of multi-source land-related data,a closed-loop management business model focusing on identifying risks,pushing risks,responding to risks,and feedback risks is established.On this basis,a land-related risk management platform was developed and applied in Cangzhou.The results show that the platform can effectively identify and manage risks,effectively reduce the loss of tax sources,and achieve comprehensive land-related management and control.
