“一带一路”视域下的中埃关系

On the Sino-Egyptian Relations in the Perspective of the Belt and Road

埃及是“一带一路”的支点国家,“一带一路”倡议为中埃关系发展创造了新机遇。近年来,中埃关系取得前所未有的发展。两国高层交往频繁,双方已建立全面战略伙伴关系,并在投资、经贸与技术领域进行了广泛的合作,文化、教育等其他领域的交流也在不断推进。中埃关系发展的基础有三一是中埃关系有悠久的历史;二是“一带一路”倡议与埃及发展战略相契合;三是埃及发展对华关系是其平衡外交战略的重要组成部分。然而,也要看到中埃关系需要加强的一面。如何进一步推进中埃关系的发展,本文提出两点建议一是大力推进中埃文化交流、科研合作;二是加强民生领域投资,增强风险防范意识。

Egypt is a key country in the Belt and Road Initiative.Since the initiative was proposed,the Sino-Egyptian relations have faced new opportunities.In the recent years,the relations have acquired a lot of unprecedented progress.One is the high-level exchanges between the two countries were frequent and the comprehensive strategic partnership had been established.Another is the two sides have carried out extensive cooperation in investment,economy,trade and technology while exchanges in culture,education and other fields are also developing.There are three bases for the relations development.Firstly,the relations have deep historical ba-ses.Secondly,the Belt and Road Initiative is brought into line with Egypt s development strategy.Thirdly,developing relations with China is an important part of Egypt s balanced diplomatic strategy.However,the relations have many fields to be strengthened.To promote Sino-Egyptian relations,the author s advice is to promote greatly cultural exchanges and scientific research cooperation between the two sides and strengthen investment in livelihood and raise awareness of risks.
