摘要 以小学教育专业硕士学位研究生为研究对象,分析实践教学定位,探讨实践教学异化问题,提出改革传统“技术主义”取向,全面提升实践教学质量的策略:构建实践教学共同体“主题式”实践模式,创立教育理论引领下的“反思性”实践模式,提倡关照学生生命感受的“体验式”实践模式。提高小学教育专业硕士学位研究生实践教学的培育水平。 Taking the students of postgraduates majoring in elementary education with master degree as the research object,this article analyzes its practical teaching positioning and discusses the problems of alienation of practical teaching.It puts forward the countermeasures for reforming the traditional“technique-oriented”tendency and comprehensively improving the quality of practical teaching.The countermeasures focus on constructing the“themed”practice mode of a practical teaching community,creating the“reflective”practice mode guided by educational theories,and promoting an“experiential”practice mode that takes care of students life experience.Its purpose is to improve the cultivation level of practical teaching for postgraduates majoring in elementary education with master degree.
