新型冠状病毒疫情期间护士睡眠质量与正念水平的影响因素研究

Study on the influencing factors of nurses'sleep quality and mindfulness level during the COVID-19 epidemic

目的了解新型冠状病毒疫情期间护士睡眠质量与正念水平现状,并探究护士睡眠质量的影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数和正念注意觉知量表对1128名护士进行问卷调查。结果匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分为(11.47±3.59)分,存在睡眠质量问题护士891名(78.99%),正念注意觉知得分为(61.44±12.80)分;匹兹堡睡眠质量指数与正念注意觉知量表得分呈负相关(r=-0.477,P<0.05);多元线性回归显示护士睡眠质量的影响因素为性别、护龄、科室、工作岗位、正念水平。结论新型冠状病毒疫情期间护士睡眠质量差,正念处于中等水平,护士正念水平越高,睡眠质量越好,提高临床护士正念水平对改善其睡眠质量有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the status of sleep quality and mindfulness level of nurses during the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic,and explore the influencing factors of sleep quality of nurses.Methods All 1128 nurses were given questionnaire survey by general data questionnaire,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale(MAAS).Results The means of PSQI was(11.47±3.59),and 891(78.99%)nurses suffered from sleep problems.The means of MAAS was(61.44±12.80).The scores of PSQI were negatively correlated with MAAS(r=-0.477,P<0.05).Multiple linear regression showed that the influencing factors of sleep quality of nurses were gender,nursing age,department,job position and mindfulness level.Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,the sleep quality of the nurse is poor and the mindfulness is at a medium level.The higher level of nurses'mindfulness will bring better sleep quality.Improving the mindfulness level of the clinical nurses has positive significance for improving the sleep quality.
