新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者密切接触者咽拭子标本采集的安全管理

Safety management about throat swabs collection of COVID-19 patients'close contacts

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者密切接触者咽拭子标本采集中的安全管理方法。方法针对大规模新型冠状病毒肺炎密切接触者咽拭子采集工作时间急、任务重、人员集中的突发事件,成立咽拭子标本采集工作小组,采取环境安全管理、采集护士及采集对象安全管理与心理支持、加强防控督导等方法。结果2020年2月18日至23日,共采集呼吸道标本354份,标本无错漏或质量不合格,标本无污染等不良事件,标本采集与转运无人员发生感染。结论我院各部门密切合作保障了护理人员与密切接触者的安全及采集标本质量。

Objective To explore the safety management methods for throat swabs collection from close contacts of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)confirmed patients.Methods In view of the urgent work time,heavy task and concentrated personnel of collecting pharyngeal swabs from close contacts of large-scale COVID-19,a working group for collecting pharyngeal swabs was established,environmental safety management,safety management and psychological support for collecting nurses and strengthen prevention,control and supervision were implemented.Results From February 18th to February 23th 2020,354 respiratory tract specimens were collected.There were no errors or unqualified specimens,no contamination of the specimens and other adverse events,and no infection occurred in the specimens collection and transportation.Conclusion The close cooperation of all departments of our hospital have guaranteed the safety of nursing staff and close contacts and the quality of collecting specimens.
