摘要
为获得褐煤在水平管道空间内的爆炸特性参数,开展了煤尘爆炸实验研究。选取5种褐煤煤样为研究对象,对管道内爆炸火焰传播特性和压力变化展开分析,分析当量比对煤尘爆炸的影响。结果表明:不同煤样在当量比φ=2和φ=1时,各个测点最大爆炸压力变化和火焰速度分布规律类似;5种煤样在各个测点的最大压力变化都经历了短暂减小又逐渐上升、直到第5个测点处达到最大的过程;火焰传播速度都在第2个测点处达到最大,然后逐渐减小;当量比φ=2时各个测点的爆炸压力和火焰速度均大于φ=1时。
Coal searn explosion was experimentally studied to obtain the explosion characteristics of lignite in horizontal pipeline space.The explosion flame propagation characteristics of 5 kinds of lignite samples and pressure change in horizontal pipeline were studied,and the influence of equivalence ratio on the explosion characteristic was analyzed.The results show that the distributions of maximum explosion pressure and flame velocity at each measuring point are similar when the equivalence ratio values,φ,of coal samples are 2 and 1.The maximum explosion pressure changes of 5 lignite samples at each measuring point have experienced a short period of decrease and gradual rise until the explosion pressures reach the maximum at the fifth measuring point.The flame propagation velocity reaches maximum when it reaches the second measuring point,and then decreases continuously.The maximum explosion pressure and flame velocity at each measuring point forφ=2 are greater than those forφ=1.
