摘要
通过对氯乙烯储罐发生泄漏和爆炸事故后果进行模拟分析,预测氯乙烯储罐可能发生的毒害、爆炸事故后果及影响区域,提出了建议改进的工程技术措施及安全管理措施。
Through the simulation analysis of leakage and explosion accident consequence of vinyl chloride storage tank,the possible toxicity,explosion accident consequence and affected area of vinyl chloride storage tank are predicted,and the improvement engineering technical measures and safety management measures are proposed.
