职业教育视域下的师范生“跟岗制”教学模式探索

摘要 "跟岗制"是现代学徒制在高职师范教育专业的一种实践形式,师范教育专业的学生入学后每一学期到小学进行跟岗实习,全方位参与基础教育过程,高职院校教师和小学班主任、教师共同指导师范生,全程跟踪、指导学生在跟岗中遇到的各种问题,跟岗结束后双方联合进行双重考核,校校合作,凸显高职院校双主体育人的办学特色。 "Post following system"is a practical form of modern apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Normal Education Major.Students of normal education major go to primary school for internship every semester after entering the school,and participate in the process of basic education in an all-round way.Teachers of higher vocational colleges,class teachers and teachers of primary schools jointly guide normal students,and track and guide students'problems in the whole process of post following double assessment and school-school cooperation highlight the school running characteristics of double principal sports people in higher vocational colleges.
