摘要
创新型人才是创新型国家建设及我国大健康产业发展的人力资源保障,因此,作为承担着医学创新人才培养的高等医学教育必须要顺应时代发展要求,大力开展创新型医学人才培养。本研究从创新型医学人才素质构成入手,运用层次分析法对医学生创新素质影响因素的权重排序进行研究。从而提出有针对性的医学生创新教育培养路径,以期为我国创新型医学人才的培养提供切实参考。
Innovative talents are the guarantee of human resources for the construction of an innovative country and the development of China's big health industry.Therefore,higher medical education,which undertakes the cultivation of innovative medical talents,must comply with the requirements of the times and vigorously carry out the cultivation of innovative medical talents.In this study,starting from the quality composition of innovative medical talents,the weight ranking of influencing factors of medical students'innovative quality was studied by using analytic hierarchy process.Therefore,this paper puts forward the training path of innovative education for medical students,in order to provide practical reference for the cultivation of innovative medical talents in China.
