摘要
为培养符合西藏区域特点的高素质技术技能护理人才,护理教学团队深入西藏中职学校、医院及行政主管部门广泛调研,制定藏苏中高职衔接护理专业人才培养方案,建构"双对接"模块化专业实践课程体系,创建模块化教学载体和资源,建立"政-企-校"联合质量把控机制,着力解决了藏苏中高职衔接人才培养目标定位难清晰、专业实践课程内容难衔接、思学做评难一体、质量提升难持续的四大难题,有效促进了学生、教师、护理专业及藏区的发展,提高了藏苏中高职衔接护理人才培养质量。
In order to cultivate high-quality nursing talents with technical skills in line with the characteristics of Tibet region, the nursing teaching team conducted extensive investigation in Tibet secondary vocational schools, hospitals and administrative departments, formulated formulate the training program of nursing talents in the connection of secondary and higher vocational education in Tibet and Jiangsu, constructed a "double docking" modular professional practice curriculum system, created modular teaching carriers and resources, established a joint quality control mechanism of "government-enterprise-school", solved the four major problems, which are difficult to define the training objectives, link up the contents of professional practice courses, integrate thinking, learning, doing and evaluation, and promote the continuous improvement of the quality of nursing talents. It has effectively promoted the development of students, teachers, nursing majors and Tibetan areas and improved the quality of nursing personnel training.
