摘要
由于长期受到来自外界环境和自身因素的双重影响,导致心理健康问题逐渐成为当代学生普遍存在的一项重点问题。而针对越发严重的学生心理问题,国家和校方也提出引进西方先进心理健康教育理论和相关技术,望以此从根源上解决学生们现存的心理健康问题。但实际上,随着该项教育工作的不断推进,也使这些教育理论和技术当中存在的弊端逐渐显露,也就是这些"舶来品"并不适用于中国学生。对此,提高对优秀传统文化的研究和引用,便开始成为解决学生心理健康问题的一项重要手段。
Due to the long-term influence of external environment and its own factors,mental health problems have gradually become a key problem of contemporary students.In view of the more and more serious psychological problems of students,the state and the school also put forward the introduction of western advanced mental health education theory and related technology,hoping to solve the existing mental health problems of students from the root.But in fact,with the continuous promotion of this education work,the disadvantages of these educational theories and technologies are gradually revealed,that is,these"imported products"are not suitable for Chinese students.In this regard,improving the research and reference of excellent traditional culture has become an important means to solve students'mental health problems.
