新时代高校辅导员队伍建设的价值取向及实现路径

The Value Orientation and Realization Path of the Construction of College Counselor Team in the New Era

受经济全球化、文化多元化等因素的影响,辅导员群体作为开展新时代大学生思政教育的中坚力量,其自身的价值追求对所培育的大学生造成十分深远的影响。因此,如何确立辅导员队伍建设过程中的价值取向成为关键因素。本文以高校辅导员为研究对象,分析了新时代下辅导员队伍建设的背景条件,并对其建设的价值取向问题进行阐述探析,提出相应可行的实现路径。

Influenced by the factors of economic globalization and cultural diversity,as the backbone of ideological and Political Education for college students in the new era,the counselors'self-value pursuit has a far-reaching influence on the college students.Therefore,how to establish the value orientation in the construction of the counselor team becomes the key factor.This paper takes the college counselors as the research object,analyzes the background conditions of the construction of the counselor team in the new era,expounds and analyzes the value orientation of the construction,and puts forward the corresponding feasible ways to realize it.
