Undergraduate tutorial system is an important way to give students humanistic care,promote the development of students'professional abilities and ensure the individualized development of students.In the face of the outstanding problems such as unreasonable guidance contents,unsuitable guidance methods and guidance frequency to be increased,teachers need to develop students'comprehensive abilities,strengthen the targeted guidance,expand the continuous guidance,and constantly enhance the effectiveness of the tutorial system.
