产教融合背景下的中职教师实践锻炼模式探究

在产教融合的大背景下,中职院校和企业应进一步深化合作,从培育"双师型"教师方向进行探索,拓宽教师实践锻炼的途径,结合时代与行业需求,更有针对性地安排教师到企事业单位进行实践锻炼。中职教师实践锻炼的目的在于建设高素质教师队伍,推进产教融合,协同育人。因此针对当前中职教师实践锻炼所遭遇的困境,必须合理探究实践锻炼新路径。

Under the background of the integration of production and education,secondary vocational colleges and enterprises should further deepen cooperation,explore the direction of cultivating"double qualified"teachers,broaden the ways of teachers'practical training,and arrange teachers to carry out practical training in enterprises and institutions according to the needs of the times and the industry.The purpose of practical training of secondary vocational teachers is to build high-quality teachers,promote the integration of production and education,and coordinate education.Therefore,in view of the current plight of secondary vocational teachers'practice training,we must reasonably explore the new path of practical training.
