摘要
"形势与政策"课程对于高校开展学生思想政治教育具有重要意义,辅导员是承担该课程教学的主要力量,通过开展学生调查和教师访谈,得出"形势与政策"课程教师的胜任特征,包括知识、技能、态度和特质等维度。通过进一步分析辅导员的特点,对照胜任特征各个维度,发现辅导员担任该课程教师的优缺点,并为课程教师队伍选聘、培训等提供建议。
The course"Situation and Policy"is meaningful to carry out students'ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The instructor is the main force.By conducting student surveys and teacher interviews,the competent characteristics of teachers are obtained,which includes the dimensions of knowledge,skills,attitudes and traits.By further analyzing the characteristics of counselors and comparing with each dimension of competence characteristics,the advantages and disadvantages of instructors are found out.Suggestions are provided for the selection and training of teachers of this course.
