摘要
为了确保本园课题的顺利开展,在对各幼儿园的师资力量、办学水平等发展状况进行实地调研后,制定了帮扶制度,使"城乡联动"的实效性得以充分的保障。基于教师发展的客观规律,以引导与促进教师的反思为导向,最终把教研目标确定为"新理念转化为日常的教学行为"。
In order to ensure the smooth development of the kindergarten project,after the field investigation on the development status of teachers and school running level of kindergartens,the assistance system was formulated to fully guarantee the effectiveness of"urbanrural linkage".Based on the objective law of teacher development,guided by the guidance and promotion of teachers'reflection,the goal of teaching and research is finally determined as"new ideas into daily teaching behavior".
