摘要
盐碱地耐盐作物的研究,对开发利用盐碱地,促进国民经济发展具有重要的战略意义。羊肚菌是珍稀食(药)用菌,已经实现人工栽培,具有投资小、易贮藏、产品价值高的特点,探索盐碱地栽培羊肚菌对盐碱地的可持续发展具有重要作用。试验从pH和NaCl浓度进行耐盐碱菌株的筛选,结果表明,文登菌株、2-4菌株、烟台菌株和51号菌株4种菌株品种中2-4菌株和文登菌株具有较强的适应性,与对照比较,盐碱地pH 7.50~8.50对2株菌株菌丝生长无显著影响;2株菌株均能在含有1.0%~5.0%NaCl浓度的培养基中生长,其中文登菌株的生长速率高于2-4菌株。研究结果可为耐盐碱菌株的育种及其栽培研究提供参考。
The study on saline-alkali tolerant crops is of great strategic significance for the development and utilization of saline-alkali land and the development of national economy.Morchella spp.are rare and edible and medicinal fungi,and their artificial cultivation has been successful with the features of low investment,easy storage and high product value,therefore the study of Morchella spp.planting in saline-alkali land plays a serious role to the sustainable development of saline-alkali land.In the present work,the pH value and NaCl concentration were used to screen the saline alkali resistant strains from Morchella spp.,namely strain Wendeng,strain 2-4,strain Yantai and strain No.51.The result showed that,compared with the control,strain 2-4 and strain Wendeng of four strains,had stronger adaptability,and pH value varying from 7.50 to 8.50 had no significant differences on their growth.These two strains grew in media contained 1.0%~5.0%NaCl,and the growth speed of strain Wendeng was higher than that of strain 2-4.The experimental results will provide a reference for the breeding and cultivation of saline-alkali tolerant strains.
