花脸香蘑2种栽培方法初探

Preliminary Discussion on Two Cultivation Methods of Lepista sordida

以谷壳作为主要栽培料,开展花脸香蘑(Lepista sordida)熟料栽培和发酵料栽培2种方法初步研究,以期能为其栽培技术的研究与推广提供理论依据。结果表明,谷壳发酵料栽培花脸香蘑方法简单,栽培周期短,整体效果较好;其子实体品质好,色深、较大,持续出菇周期长、产量较高,是具有推广前景的高效规模化栽培方法。

Used chaff as the main cultivation material,the preliminary research on the two methods of Lepista sordida clinker cultivation and fermented cultivation were carried out to provide a theoretical basis for its cultivation technology research and promotion.The results show that,the cultivation method of L.sordida chaff fermented material is simple,the overall effect is good,the cultivation period is short,the fruit body quality is good,the color is deep,the growth period is long,and the yield is high.The high-efficiency large-scale cultivation method of L.sordida.
